We install cameras around the property perimeter and monitor who comes and goes at all times. Our house rules are strict: no parties, no smoking, no pets, no noise after 9:30 PM. We enforce them.

Up to $1M in Property Coverage — Fully Insured

We carry comprehensive insurance through AirCover, plus short-term renters insurance through Proper.insure for any placements under 30 days. You are covered.
